none of the countries mentioned above give visa for taxi drivers. There are arabs, indians, those doing it till big job shows, refugees already in those countries with different type of visas doing taxi work.

No western countries gives visa for Taxi drivers including even non EU countries like Russia.

Maybe Qatar, UAE or Saudi Arabia can give visa but I doubt that as there are many Paks, Indians etc doing those jobs already.

There're many sure countries. The bigger issue is getting to your sure country.
