The problem is not really who can help, the issue is, will he keep his own end of the bargain? There are many people who can easily be of help, but before you know it now after paying like 2 or 3 weeks you'll start hearing different excuses like I was at mechanic workshop all day, Lastma seized the vehicle, traffic too much etc. No investor wants to concern himself with such issues.

Lol 25 to 30k. I hope you are not in Lagos because most drivers remit at least 40-50k here. 25-30k is too low considering how much uber grade cars cost.
