This is not what it means.. It means the percentage is negligible, for example 2 out of 600 is 0.33% which is less than 1% hence 0%..
If notice obi has the same 0% in northwest among Muslims..

I'm thinking Peter Obi will get like 99% of the valid votes in Anambra election. If Atiku got 94% of votes there in 2019 against a sitting President Buhari, then I won't be surprised if Peter Obi wins 99% of the votes

I learned that political parties in the SE and SS have collapsed their structures for the presidential election for Peter Obi while still campaigning for their parties at the state level
