The cartels blocked the roads and wait for the military to pass by while the Culiancan Intl airport is under attack with flights delayed and passengers stuck in airplanes hiding from rapid fire.

The Mexican govt has told all its citizens to remain indoors to avoid been caught in the crossfire.

This has been happening for a very long time, my cousin in Mexico told me that cartels fully control many cities in Mexico.
I still don't get how a cartel with limited resources, man power and money can be challenging an actual government boldly.
Unless those cartel leaders are codedly running part of the government.. I don't see how that can be possible.

too much moles and scared officers in the government. The cartel has been known to offer the worst torture procedures in the world. One is lucky if he/she receives a fast killing bullet from this mfs. To be caught alive is to see hell on earth.

The cartels have grown so big and have enough money to fund any type of war.
