A lot less corruption than Russia where equipment is just bought on paper. Not to mention the fact that China has a MUCH larger defence budget and don’t have to waste their money on vanity nukes.

I no blame you, do you remember the Korea war? When poorly equipped Chinese forces stopped the US from accomplishing her goal of annexing North Korea into the South? Did it stop the US from being a super power? What of Vietnam? What of Afghanistan. Defeat doesn't destroy an army, it strengthens it. Mind you, the war is not yet over. In the South, Russia has pushed ukraine to the Dniepr river in the East, Russia has taken the entire Luhansk oblast and 60% of donetsk when the mobilized hits the front en masse after training that should be around summer, the goals of the operation would be accomplished.

Where in Russia is equipment bought on paper? You guys are talking as if the war is over, well it isn't and sorry, ukraine is losing. They've lost thousands of men and I am sure their losses are much more than Russia's.
