let us share how do we control our eating habbit in the face of this effect.

As for me, I eat 2 times in a day, morning and evening . mostly, I drink garri as a support .

I work remotely soooo
4-6 times a day munching snacks.... once a day eating heavy complete food, then i wash it down with herbal drink

That is where APC/Buhari has landed us. And to think some people are still clamouring for APC, it baffles one's imaginations. Things were not this bad.

I can eat once a day sef…and sometimes I eat up to 10time including fruits oh and chops

I eat 5 or 6 times a day. Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and evening snack. the majority of those snacks are fruit and veg and yogurt.

Don't know what can happen before night.

God will save us from this country and government, that's all I have to say

3 square meal sure. I nor dey use my stomach joke with anybody coz las las , na the one u eat for ur body be ur own. The houses and properties will be WILLED to someone else

It depends on the situation sir. Sometimes 7times in a day, 5times or even 2times. Sometimes when e red self I no go even chop anything go sleep self. na joke o.
