The funny part is that most of them never amount to anything despite stealing so much!

This type of victim end up being a legendary Cyber fraudster

Painful. I thought the purpose of KYC was to avoid account holders vanishing into thin air in case of situations like this.
This could have been a wrong transfer to the scamming account. I doubt the bank will sit back and watch if it was their own money in the scammer's account.
