There is no body that is good according to Jesus.
The reason why there is suffering is sin.
God cursed the earth in Genesis 3,
Sin is the cause death is the result however God sent Jesus to redeem mankind from sin by just believing on him as their Lord and saviour.

Forget about "works of faith" without being a Christian it's meaningless.
