Stop crying all day because of your envy and frustration towards Anambra's development and advancement. No wonder you are constantly here crying. Escalator is a big deal because you don't have it at imo motorpark airport. Pictures: Anambra international airport Grgton: 8 Likes

I have been saying this for long. Imo state doesn't have any outstanding signature infrastructure. Demolishing all those projects should be a government priority Owerriboi: 7 Likes |

I am not into your unnecessary shallow reasoning and bickering. Imo state presently is a failed state. I am from imo state but I won't deceive myself like you. Owerri ICC should be demolished likewise imo state airport because they are embarrassment to imo state and igboland at large. There's no reasonable development in imo state, this has affected our state, because rich imo indigenes rather invest and live in Anambra and Enugu states than ever living or investing in imo state. Next election in imo state is very important because we need a technocrat to lead imo state and not these illiterates and charlatans like Uzodinma, Rochas, Ihedioha, Ohakim etc Grgton: Pictures: Anambra international airport road. This is how a modern infrastructure should look like and not the nonsense you posted 8 Likes

globemoney01: I have noticed that not one single prominent Onye Anambra is supporting Obi. Does anyone have an explanation to this? The Soludo attack was strange but I already know Soludo is a hungry politician and has been promised an empty box for his brother's blood. But Arthur Eze's own was the one that made me realize Obi has a big problem in Anambra. I've been told Obi fought godfatherism in Anambra. Are the godfathers back in control? Is this a revenge tactic? After SW, Anambra is the place Obi is having the most resistance in the whole south. 1 Like |

investnow2013: Wow !! This is the best news coming out of Nnewi Anambra in 20 years plus............ If the promoter of the largest multiplex cinema in Nigeri a succeeds in setting it up in Nnewi, that project maybe the trigger for investment the like that has never been seen southeast of Nigeria! I have always known that there is something unique about Nnewi and its suburbs........problem is that Nnewi has always been sidelined and marginalised in infrasructural projects by both state and federal governments..................Yet like was also confirmed in this video,Nnewi has the largest disposable income per capita in Nigeria outside of Lagos,Abuja and Port Harcourt! Soludo needs to dualise nnewi -Awka road, Nnewi-Oba junction and Okija-Nnewi roads, Nnewi is key to doubling or even quadrupling Anambra IGR.............The investment and disposable income available to indigenes and inhabitants of Nnewi and environs is mind boggling but Anambra state government has to spend billions to upgrade the road network and also complete the power projects in Nnewi to improve power supp;y. 8 Likes |

investnow2013: The Anambra state government should ignore sit at home whateva and concentrate on deliverables............while we do not want the random and sporadic violence to continue...........governance must not grind to a halt ! Borno state with all the violence of Boko haram in the past 14 years is still delivering fantastic projects to their people.................the wahala of self determination and restructuring is not going away any time soon, So Soludo should not overlabour his admin with a struggle and agitation that is BEYOND him! In time the Biafra issue will be resolved just like the Niger delta militancy. 1 Like |

ebufa:Leave this you this ipob Terrorist apologist. See how he is bringing borno state to do comparison. That's to tell you how devilsh Igbos are. This 2023 will be hot for you people. Soludo should not relent. He should make sure he kill and elements of ipob in Anambra state. I hear you are form Rivers State. Go to Rivers State and do that Nonsense. You are not wanted on this thread. |
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by IGBOSON1: 2:43pm On Jan 09, 2023 |
stanluiz: What has he said that's out of place? When he advices Soludo to ignore any 'sit-at-home' issues and focus on delivering good governance to the state, he's spot-on! IPOB have long since called off said sit-at-home and have distanced themselves from 5th-columnists like the ekpa bastard and his sponsored ilk who claim or have been said to be 'factions' of IPOB! If you can't see the game that's being played here, then you're either quite naive or you're part of the imported problem! Prior to the coming of the evil despot in 2015, the south-east was adjudged to be the most peaceful region in Nigeria! The insecurity presently being witnessed in the region.....either by omission or commission, is the fault of the wicked, bigoted and anti-Igbo Buhari/APC gov't! Any casual observer will tell you they have mismanaged the IPOB/Kanu issue (cynics may say even deliberately), and it's hoped that Peter Obi wins and isn't rigged out in the upcoming elections, as his winning would bring about a return of peace to the region and a much better handling of any grievance or any issues of agitation! We're where we are today primarily because of the intransigence, arrogance and bigotry of Buhari and those surrounding him! PS: Oh...and before i forget, i'm from Rivers state too! 4 Likes |

investnow2013: This is really nice and encouraging to see! Finally, we have a Governor that takes the aesthetic appeal of the major cities seriously. Hopefully, this idea of beautifying the environment will be sustained and extended to include planting flowers and trees along the roads in all the urban centers in the state. The fact that Soludo even sees the need to beautify the roads and the environment in the state makes him stand out among other previous Anambra Governors that did not see the need to beautify anywhere in the state except the Government House. 6 Likes |

Now big trucks are using the flyovers and it is looking more beautiful, suddenly the have all shut their mouths. May we never experience this kind of evil, demonic antagonism to any Anambra performing governor ever again. He can’t forget Obiano… who made it possible for him to be Governor, because of Soludo APGA split in half … but Obiano kept on and supported him all through the way… then for Peter Obi … is a must to put him there. For all reasons, and also for the fact Peter Obi brought Obiano that also brought Soludo… so therefore he is Peter Obi’s descendant. Biko Any update on the concessionaire of our river port? Armon:Why does Obi have to be put on a flyover him and his propaganda media spent 8 years calling substandard and saying it will collaspe and also calling a waste? The problem is we have short memory in this country. Maybe tomorrow someone will also tell us to name Anambra Airport after obi that said Anambra does not need an airport. If anyone wants obi painting on anything let them mention his projects where those paintings and naming would be done or let them first publicly apologize for all the propaganda against Obiano. That is the problem of Obi in Anambra today. He's currently reaping his 8 years of bad politics in Anambra. We warned. Soludo is just waiting till after the elections to face him squarely. 2 Likes 1 Share |

globemoney01: The flyovers might not be substandard, but they are not fit for purpose. A roundabout under the flyovers would have been a better design, as the present designs are constituting holdup they were meant to address. Please when did Obi said that we do not need an airport?.He was the one that acquired and paid compensation for the airport land of today If Soludo is not a servant leader enough to put Obi pictures on the 3 Awka flyovers, he can go to Nkpor and put Obi pictures on the one Obi built at that location. That will be petty of him though! My humble piece of advice to Soludo is to never fight Obi again, whether now or after election. Obi has the goodwill of Anambra and he is like Buhari of the South. Soludo should be careful with Obi, otherwise, no trace of APGA will be left in Anambra. 2 Likes |

pandax:The flyovers is serving its purpose that's free flow of traffic to enugu/onitsha. If you are on interstate journey using the flyover you will leave Awka in minutes, yes the under can be expanded to accommodate more traffic since Awka has witnessed massive population of recent. Sorry Peter obi is not the Buhari of the south, he's not even the Buhari of Anambra. His social media "goodwill" does not translate to votes which is what politicians needs. If not Obiano wont have done second tenure and Soludo wont have won. Let Obi go and make peace genuinely with Obiano. its karma that's fighting him. This election season and all his hype will be over by next month. Obi was criticing Anambra Airport while campaigning for Val Ozigbo. Read below to understand how the land for the airport was acquired. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2022/09/once-upon-a-dream-in-anambra/ 2 Likes |

Imagine how formidable Obi would have been if he was running this election with all prominent Anambra people behind him, including Soludo and Obiano, but he destroyed that by fighting Obiano for 8 years and even Soludo in last year election. People seem to forget. |
