Go to INEC Portal and check the number of registered voters in each lga of Imo State.
Apart from Ohaji/Egbema, Orlu, Ideato South, probably Oguta.
Which other lga in Orlu zone that can give you maximum of 40,000 votes.

But, every lga in owerri zone can give nothing less than 40,000 votes.

Your stupid logic is like saying Imo State has 27 local government areas while Rivers State has 23, then Imo State will produce more votes than Rivers because their lga are bigger
