This is a fake tweet from obident fraudsters.
That said, in saner climes, people like IBB and Obasanjo should be hiding in shame and be object of public ridicule because they institutionalized corruption in Nigeria.

Also, one of them annulled an election that had a clear winner. The other organised two of the worst elections in Nigerian history (1979 & 2007).
