I work remotely soooo
4-6 times a day munching snacks.... once a day eating heavy complete food, then i wash it down with herbal drink

Sometimes around December 2020 I can remember vividly I use to eat 4-5 times in a day .. During the pandemic . but now I eat just twice . morning nd evening I eat in the afternoon only when I'm at home..
