First and foremost, the Super Tucano is not a jet. Kindly browse more on what makes a plane a jet. it doesnt have jet engine.
secondly, it is not Russia's version of Apache. It is manufactured by Embraer (Brazilian Company) and it is a light attack aircraft. The apache is not a light attack aircraft. They are not in the same category at all
