A working government. I am sure it was more than N86 billion naira, because in his interview with Berekete TV, he said "I left two month arrears salary of civil servants when I left office". Look at how FOI bill is being put into use in Anambra state. The same FOI bill that the Lagos State government, had fail to domesticate in Lagos State because if they try it, it would expose the on going rape of Lagos Treasury.
