I am a new home owner and off course a new landlord. I have decided to let my two bedroom flat out. I live in the diaspora but I have no idea what to ask from a new tenant. What requirements do I need from a new tenant? Identity card or interview? Deposit or no need? Any form to fill? Can someone give me a link to download latest lease agreement? What terms and conditions do I need to insert in the agreement that will mandate him to look after the house properly? Mine is 4 bedroom duplex but letting out the 2 bedroom flat at the back. Any suggestion or idea will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
