Yo fish, forget a virture card and go for paypal. 1. you can't except the card details is linked to the bank account then you can request funds from the card. 2, none - 3, yes you can get giftcard online with the card** you can't send money from the card to paypal but you can add the card details to paypal as payment method to fund your paypal account. Sir/ma I have just finished perusing ALAT website. According to them, u can't use virtual cards to send money, but u can only pay on merchant sites if u are buying goods.

That is if u are using their virtual dollar card. Or u deposit physical dollars with wema bank. Obviously u will get physical dollars from black market and that is no longer bank rate

1. I don't think you can send money with a virtual card. They're meant to help you make purchases.

2. Platforms like grey(.)co and geegpay(.)africa can be used to send money abroad (and also receive) and they both have USD virtual cards. The only downside is that they both uses black market rate. UBA Africard (dollar) uses bank rate.

4. A domicilliary account, but that'll take a long process if you don't already have one. You can also get UBA africard, load it at bank rate and send the money to PayPal, then from PayPal to a US bank.

Go back to that thread and ask for the page where you can create a foreign account and ask all this questions, you don't have to read all the pages before they help you if you ask properly, but no more bank rates like before
