PVC Purchase : Can PVC be used for Voting without Thumbprinting by Owner ?

This a Question that maybe answered well by INEC ,Probably the Question might get a Lucky Answer.

They are purchasing the pvc not to vote but to make sure those they purchased from can't vote that day

I don't really think they will be able to spend that much, how many people are they willing to pay. Let's say they pay atleast 10k. How many people are they going to pay? Let's say they pay 10k people 10k each that's 100M. The people that will handle the funds, won't they also steal from the money? As you already know that maybe it's even half of the funds that will get into the last man hand. They won't even be able to pay that much because their own embezzlement had already killed themselves.

No with BVAS it's not possible.

They pay as little as #500 in the North.

They are not using the purchased PVC to vote, they just want to hold on to it so as to have an advantage over the other parties....

The folks selling their PVCs are very terrible human beings, for 5-10k you sell your right for the next 4/8yrs and later start crying of suffering when the voter buyers make things worse for the country.

If you can clown a credit card and use it to successfully make purchases, I wonder if they will clown these PVC and use same for early voting?

When those with a physical card whose details were copied try to vote, the cards wouldn’t work!
The clowns will work instead with the new inputs

Please don’t let anybody copy your PVC details oh

Go to a “friendly” polling unit and load
