During his speech on a special broadcast to mark the 2023 Armed Forces Remembrance, the Labour Party (LP), Presidential candidate, Peter Obi declared that he is committed to a united and one Nigeria.

Just before heading to the United Kingdom for his engagement at Chatham House, Obi speaking said he is offering himself to be the team leader of a new Nigeria where nobody regardless of their tribe or tongue will be estranged, marginalized, or excluded.

He pledged his commitment to engendering a country where equity, justice, and fairness rules, should he win the election.

“I Mr. Peter Obi, a proud Nigerian of Igbo extraction, am truthfully and wholly committed to the stand of One Nigeria.”

Obi wants to come and do trial and error governance in Aso rock without much experience. By the time he gets there and fails he will be looking for excuse again. As far as no government can be perfect, in term of experience and competence, Tinubu is better than you in term of public administration, academic achievement, legacies, mentoring and previous proof-of-work.

Governance is not by theoretical talking, anybody can talk based on assumption, but practically speaking; Tinubu is more experienced; he has been in governance for years without leaving a single party until it became ruling party unlike Obi that is moving from party to party looking for shortcut to Aso rock without adequate preparation

This is someone who has refused to condemn those destroying his region in the name of agitation for a utopia country. He can only deceive the gullible and those who have no sense of history.
