jl115:You're laughing because you expected to see the existing years. I am proving where $770B through using 10% as the growth rate came from. If my calculation was wrong, then I wouldn't have gotten 10% from the same maths. Remember we are talking about projection. 10% is a static growth for a whopping 100 years; meaning we can do it without necessarily going year per year. I know the bolded has now given you more reason to laugh. Relax. I know GDP is compounded yearly this is the simplest formula: GDP(1 +0.10)^100. I am thinking from the point of making work easier and dissaproving a certain assertion that was dropped earlier by kazi --- claiming projections aren't static. Thus say, if we combine growth for each existing year; then BooM. We will be talking Trillion dollar GDP! Understand the topic first. If I was engaging you, then I will be combining data for each year and then adding growth rates.

jl115:NOOOOOOOOO $64 642 IS NOT IT. drop your methodology. Let's see how you arrived at that. 70B(1+0.10r)^ 100yrs 964,642, 863, 800,000 The correct answer after it has been compounded should be this, 964,642, 863, 800,000 and not 600T. But that is not what I wanted to achieve here. |

AfriqueDuZuid:You will never teach me anything. First thing first, TZ GDP is not $70B, that was a an instance. Secondly, TZ GDP is not growing anywhere close to 10%, that was another instance. Thirdly, Tz GDP will not be $770B in 100years, that is another instance. You're so obtuse that you can't even see where the debate is going. The hell! |

I was like, how do you sit to watch people live in a house for 24hrs. Lockdown came with a lot of free time so I hopped on and I haven’t regretted the entertainment that comes from it. |
