I wonder why past and present Governments find it difficult to start either Borteyman or Tema Sports stadium.

Is it because of their capacities?

Tema stadium is a 60,000 capacity stadium
whereas Borteyman is suppose to be 50-60,000 capacity stadium

Kenya government priotizes winning medals while Ghana government entertains merry making in stadiums. That's the logical observation.
