Currently contemplating using my life savings to get a car to impress (and intimidate) the chicks at my school.

I love the 2012 C350 but I'm also a die hard honda fan. I think The 2013-2016 accords are cool.

Super love the compact feel and look of the c350 and heard the driving experience is top class.
Concerned about maintenance and durability. I don't want a car that'd give me issues.

The accord is a little bit to 'family-man' like for me. I want to look like a classy Yahoo boy. It's Important that i turn the head of chicks everytime I'm cruising around school.
I also want a better driving experience. My 2007 honda was okayish on the road, could be better. I need something sportier.

If you've had any of these cars. What can you say about them?

Honestly if the C350 was made by Honda, this i'd be a no brainer for me. I'm not in a big city and i don't want to be posting everyday on Nairaland looking for an Mercedes Benz 'specialist.'

The price difference is not much from 2013-2016

Nothing like Japanese Benz, Benz is German ( nothing more nothin less).

Is there a known issue with these engines failing. If it's on the off chance and more cautionary than certain for the engine to fail, it's a bill i can manage.

My main concern is with day to day reliability. I'd say I'm meticulous when it comes to maintenance. If I were to stick to factory recommendations for maintenance , do you see this car popping up with issues?

Manufacturer defect and also highly over engineered engine with very little tolerance for the slightest laxity.
A Honda engine is way more reliable than that Mercedes Benz engine. Remember, Honda is the biggest Internal combustion Engine manufacturer in the world.

Benz have manufacturing plants in many other countries apart from Germany bro. Even the USA Benz has some quality differences than their German assembled counterparts

The Honda is perfect..You’d not regret if if you get a good one..Many Benz owners are facing issues they can’t talk about lowkey..But you know, There is saying that says ..once you start using a Benz you dare not use another Brand …Honda will save you a lot of unnecessary stress ..It’s a classy car too..If your Benz no start from 2015 c300..hmmm let me stop here
