soyenuga:Lol See how u are scoring own goal With what u wrote here It won't even ginger anyone in coming to your factory Imagine in an emergency, someone left U still wouldn't give them anything Omo,and u are saying u are good person and have a caring heart Well I leave people on nairaland to see wbat u wrote Imagine saying I should come back Lol.na u go pay my transport fare Oga,this your stubbornness is why u are loosing workers and posting vacancy online Stubbornness and trying to prove u are right won't get u anywhere Only u can't work on your factory and only u can't eat all your products Remember,u need people If people are in your factory, treat them like human beings That's the reason y u will hardly see nestle Guinness post vacancy and people hardly get in, it's simply because they treat their workers like human beings Bro,stop trying to prove stubborn and acting u are right,u could have paid Me that money and people would start viewing u differently on this platform What if I left early, that doesn't mean anything U giving this excuse will make any job seekers seeing your post have a change of mind should similar things happen to them Bros, arent u tired of posting vacancy online? Don't u want workers to come your factory and people should be happy working with u This life is short,we all won't gain anything by proving I'm right ,u are wrong Try to compromise It's this your attitude and your company policies that's chasing people away from your factory In the next month, u will still be looking for workers Don't u want to stop doing that? Why are u giving stupid excuses and talking about some dumb policies Nobody gives a crap about that Why? Hmmm Oga your matter,Im just shaking my head right here Are u not tired of posting vacancy all the time? Well,it's your right,I cant force u to change But we both know, till the end of this year You will people will continue posting vacancy online All because of trying to prove stubborn Last last,it is you that will eat all your cassava flour and garri |

I certainly don’t want people like you working in my company. You don’t have a good character, and those are you own words. There have been people who have had to leave quickly, they come to the office, state there case and usually it’s accepted. Believe me when I can’t understand why you would knowingly leave without notice. It’s illogical, it’s just not smart. But continue on your path. It is well. Unlimitk: |

I think you and Unlimitk should go start a company together. You both have the same ideals. Both still on nairaland looking at jobs. Maybe you can make something great together. And I am sure he said that because he caught you sleeping during work hours, considering you did not work the full hours on 2 days you were here. And what you don't understand is the labour law. But the real problem to be honest, is that you all have not really done well at any job, because I know every employer wants to keep their good employees in this country. I know plenty of employers who have built homes for staff. Hope you all get there one day. yemi1504: |
