First of all, this product is crap. It has failed me more than our politicians failed Nigerians and have embarrassed me when I had important meetings to attend. I do not intend to discard it...i mean why I go waste money like that. I just want to unlock it so I can use other sim network on it. Baba I don tire! The older version M2 can be cracked but you see this coconot head one no gree me. Any ideas before I use this thing as firewood. Plicks and tanks. The "mugshot" of the crap is below. 2 Likes

Close to the charging port, there is a tiny hole after the WPS button. Use it to reset it. The username and password are "admin" |
