No be lie. In the early 2000s I was a year 1 student in UNILAG and some of my roommates were cultists. One of them always carried a big axe inside a cross bag every evening. No single book dey inside that bag, na jus dat axe. I always pitied whoever it was that was unfortunate to be on the receiving end of that axe.

Students are bored and that is why they join gangs. Create outlets for them to channel energy and cultism will fade. The only sports Nigerians know are basketball, boxing and soccer. Outside the country every weirdo of every sort has a club of some sort. Bronies, anyone?

Na wa o. They just want to islamize this country by all means. What is wrong in a Christian student carry cross inside her bag? Allow Christian student to carry their Crosses in their bags, while Muslims carry their Quran inside their own bags too.

Instead of them to focus on how to introduce developmental courses into their syllabus, it is irrelevant things they are talking about.
