Your MP was jailed in Netherlands for drug trafficking.
Raymond amakwa is your president in law who ghana govt gave diplomatic diplomatic passport þo traffick drugs with

In January 2014, WACD, an independent, high-level body convened by the Kofi Annan Foundation, released a report called State Officials and their Involvement in Drug Trafficking in West Africa. According to the report “drug traffickers have been key funders of political parties and of individual politicians in Ghana”. The drug money, WACD concluded, has been funding key political players in Ghana, „including Nana Akufo Addo, one of the more prominent presidential candidates”.

The WACD document indicated that Raymond Kwame Amankwah has been a major donor for both Akufo Addo and his party, the New Patriotic Party (NPP). One of the world’s most prolific cocaine dealers, Raymond Amankwah was arrested in Brazil in December 2007 and convicted to 13 years and 9 months imprisonment.

WACD conducted interviews with senior police officers in Accra. They revealed that when Amankwah was wanted by Interpol, the government seized his vast property in Ghana, pending future investigation. WACD established that, a few months after the seizing, “Nana Akufo-Addo who had by then nominated Attorney general – and subsequently presidential candidate for the then ruling NPP – quietly returned the property to Amankwah’s family”.

Raymond Amankwah, the convicted international drug baron and brother-in-law of NPP flag-bearer Nana Akufo-Addo is back in town, he arrived in the country yesterday for the Christmas holidays.

Intel picked up indicates that he was immediately picked up at the Kotoka International Airport by operatives of the Narcotic Control Board (NACOB) who sent him to their office where he was debriefed before being allowed to go home.

By the early 90s, Raymond Amankwah had gained so much notoriety for drug trafficking that he became the most wanted in the world.

In 1995, he was reported to be the head of the world?s largest cocaine ring. He operated under the name Chanda Keita. Detective Inspector Gordon Harrison of UK police described him as a ?highly intelligent, charming and very obviously well headed?.

Below is a Daily Graphic report on how he was arrest in Brazil in December 2007.

Raymond Kwame Amankwah , a Ghanaian described as one of the most wanted drug barons, has been arrested in Brazil through collaboration between the German Federal Police and its Brazilian counterpart.

He was arrested alongside two women, Mandy Veit, a German and Irena Beata Ciaslak a German-Polish, at the Pinto Martins Airport in Fortaleza, the capital of Ceara State in December 2007.

A poultry farmer in the North West Province of South Africa says he is planning to put in a 1.5 million rand (40.5 million naira) claim against the electricity provider Eskom after power disruptions at his farm killed an estimated 40 000 to 50 000 of his flock.

Herman du Preez, owner of the Frangipani Boerdery in Lichtenburg, told News24 on Thursday that it was difficult to know the exact death toll, as chickens were still dying.

Problems began in mid-December when problems with a transformer prompted Eskom to connect the area to another line, he said, but there had been variations in the voltage that damaged equipment such as pumps and motors.

Problems came to a head on Monday night, when insufficient voltage resulted in the air conditioning at one of the farm's chicken houses to shut down, he said. The farm has about 550 000 chickens.

"I'm busy with my homework. I'm waiting for reports from my electrician," said Du Preez. Eskom technicians had visited the farm on Wednesday in order to turn up the voltage, said Du Preez, but he added that he was now concerned about a surge if Eskom ultimately restores the area's transformer.

"So that's the next disaster that's going to happen," he said.

The continuation of Stage 6 load shedding (planned powercuts) in 2023 has sparked fears that disruptions in the agricultural supply chain could push up already elevated food prices and even result in shortages. 🔚

Ahswear. It supposed to have a stand by generator or other alternative backup that's always ready to take over in case of an unexpected power outage.

How will bankrupt Eskom pay for damages.

Lesson No 1: Dont sue a mad person like Just30 or broke one like Ghana or Eskom.

Just cut the losses and buy a standby generator

It stupid to lie that kenya is bankrupt.

Ghana is officially bankrupt, its former leader and opposition flagbearer John Mahama declared on Monday describing the situation as “tragic”. The government announced that certain external debts cannot be honoured per agreed terms.20 Dec 2022

the visible shortage of hard currency in your country is a testament. You are broke and empty. Hence the reason your power authority is seeking to charge some category of customers in dollars . That is a testament. You are the stupid one here .

Childish.
Ghana is broke/bankrupt/insolvent - joining Zambia, Chad and Ethiopia in that club.
Also add Mali.

"Ghana last week requested a restructuring of debt it owes to other governments, becoming the fourth country after Chad, Ethiopia and Zambia to do so under a G20 Common Framework "

You're just not smart ... People pay bills daily
So there's enough money for them to pay damages

In Ghana people sue them all the time and the entire nation has been compensated several times

Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by rvp2018: 10:46am On Jan 22, 2023
Let Ghana and Eskom repay debt first.
Before you saddle yourselves with legal fees pursuing a bankrupt company.
Which might not survive...rendering any such claim a nugatory.
Use the legal fees to buy a generator

Eskom, which regularly implements electricity outages that choke economic growth, is saddled with around 400 billion rand ($24.32 billion)
