Hey guys,

So I recently signed up for a new PayPal account with the hope of making a payment for a service and possibly saving a few bucks in the process. But when I logged in, I was greeted with a surprise on my dashboard, an option to "Get Paid/Request Money" that I've never seen before. I was curious and decided to click it, but much to my disappointment, the page was blank.

Now I know what you're thinking, "But wait, doesn't PayPal work in Nigeria?" And yes, it does. But this new "Get Paid/Request Money" option wasn't there before. So I'm left wondering, why did PayPal decide to insert it now? Are they waiting for some kind of sign or are they just excited about the central bank's austerity measures when it comes to foreign exchange?

And the real question is, can anyone else access this page? Because from my end, it's a big fat blank. Let me know what you guys think.

I had similar experience. To cut the long story short, I have to open a domiciliary account with Access Bank then requested for a visa card in total I think I was charged almost 20- 25 or 30 dollars ( can't remember the actual amount)
Without you linking the dollar card to your account, you won't be able to make any transactions

The moment you close your PayPal account, the card become inactive.
I learnt this the hard way.

I mean if you for any reason close your current PayPal account in which the dollar card was linked, if you need PayPal services in the future, you might have to apply for a brand new visa card.
I can't really say if other site will accept such card.
