If a court judgement favors you, it's a win for democracy. If it goes against you, it's through backdoor. But we all know the party that buys judgement anyway.

PDP won Bayelsa due to the fact that the APC deputy governor gave fraudulent certificates so it affected the innocent governor, i learnt the electoral act has been amended to ensure only the offender suffers not the innocent. PDP got into power by virtue of getting the next highest votes. I dont support people submitting fraudulent certificates, or do you?


PDP won Zamfara because the court held there was no primaries, if you dont conduct primaries in line with the electoral act, then you are decieving yourself. PDP was not a party to the suit, they got into office by virtue of being the party with the next highest votes. Meanwhile the idiot that got the free pass, is back in APC na.


APC won Imo because a police officer became the emergency returning officer, brought votes which only himself and Uzondinma got from wherever and the court somehow took it and 4th jumped over 2nd and 3rd and became 1st. Make it make sense please.
