Former Vice president and presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general elections, Atiku Abubakar on Thursday insisted that the South-East can only achieve its dream of producing Nigeria's president under the party.

On several occasions, Atiku who said the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has no plans for the people of the South-East had promised to rule for only one term if elected president in 2023 and then handover to an Igboman in 2027.

While speaking on the presidential campaign rally held today in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi state capital , Atiku wrote on his official Facebook page "Our Recover Nigeria campaign rally in Abakaliki today was about talking to the people directly about my plans to ensure increased development in the Salt of the Nation, Ebonyi State".

"It was also another opportunity to reiterate my conviction that our great party, the PDP, remains the only veritable platform for the South-East to attain its dreams through the wheels of the Recover Nigeria mission. I am happy with the large turnout that the rally enjoyed. Thank you, Ebonyi". -AA

Tinubu and Atiku think Nigerians are not smart enough. PO presidency is for Nigerian liberation irrespective of any tribe.

When it was universally agreed that it was turn of the south east PDP didn't deem it necessary to zone the presidency to south east ....is it after Atiku presidency that they would zone it ? ...won't tambuwal want the presidency for his loyalty ?

As assume by miracle Igbo man wins PDP ticket ... would that translate to votes from north ? If voting shagari ,yaradua and even Atiku yet northerners ( Hausa/Fulani) still dislike Igbos is it an Atiku presidency that would change that

What would happen if PDP zones their ticket to south east n APC zones it's ticket to north west . and Vice to south west . Would the north still vote PDP ?

Obi is Igbo chance of presidency , the reason Atiku n Tinubu are taking this Igbo useless politicians and making them promise is Obi ..if obi was not in the race they have already excluded south east from 2023 calculations

There is no logical reasoning for south east to support Atiku over obi,.....zero

Something is definitely wrong with Atiku! How can you want to ead people who are far ahead of you? Do you want to draw them backwards? The world is talking about "competence and capacity" not not SPV and ethnicity...SPV for corruption.

PDP is his SPV for presidency. He only remembers the party few months to election. Zero commitment as a former VP, zero commit to the party as opposition and zero commitment to the people he wants to lead. He did not say a word about anything that happened in the country before the election season began... including all the evil policies, massacre across the country etc. He was more interested in Arsenal FC than the suffering of those he wants to lead....very wicked and selfish man!

They see APC, the Yorubas, and Tinubu as their problem.
How can you make deposit in a party since 1999 and in 2023 they won't let you make a withdrawal and you want to set fire on another party's ATM machine.
