My younger brother bought a bike, he said he wanted to use it for dispatch riding. I took the Bike and set it ablaze at midnight.
The next day, I got him a car for uber. I can't allow my sibling to die just like that.

You learn or know how things work there and can be utilised in a different company, including multinational firms who recruit floor staff to man machines. What you should is: learn all you can learn while at the factory, ask all questions to know what's up, and keep an eye and ear for job ads and openings in newer factories. Also keep an eye on relevant exams for factory workers such as those relating to the City Guilds. You can always command higher pay based on the experience and knowledge obtained from your current job.

Riding an okada doing dispatch riding is not a skill nor can it be turned into a career.

Restaurant is new max of five deliveries in a day,have to be online for at least 15 hours a day..

At times there might be no orders in a day sit around
all day or stay at home get ur order pick it up and deliver... You still get paid if you have no orders
Get paid 25k two times a month

4 years ago I was a dispatch rider for ah express service.

Salary was 25k in a month, I had a personal remote job paying me about four times that in a month but I just needed something to be taking me out of the house in the day while I do my business more at late hours.

Now listen carefully:

40k is a good pay for dispatch.
10k may not service your bike most times because of oil change and mechanic workmanship etc.

Dispatch riding is risky! Accident at anytime.

If you drive too slow you are against time, too fast? You may die or broken bones fast.

I would advise you to do the job for at least 3 months while looking out for a less riskier job then quit, then invest in something better...

So you will sit inside the Chicken Republic from Monday to Sunday and be waiting for order? If you can work from home and only come to the restaurant whenever you have orders to be delivered then that's quite fine.
