But smugglers are making a huge profit from it by diverting the product into another country making the fertilizer less available in the country . That use the problem we are facing now. Similar with oil subsidy in Nigeria.

But we're not putting a stop to it , we are rather introducing a stiff punishment for the offenders. Farmers must benefit directly from the Govt.
