He simply grew sycophants and stooges to cover up his embezzlement of Lagos state funds. Ambode questioned the reason for the huge foreign debt accumulated during Tinubu's era which Fashola couldn't offset. Ambode stated that his government of 4 years didn't borrow any loan and Lagos doesn't need any loan to be governed. That was his sin that led to his removal by the lord of Lagos state.
Reality is dawning on Osinbajo and he is backing out.
At Tinubu's age and health state, why can't he pick one of his stooges and back him for president? He knows he didn't raise leaders but stooges and shared his estate (Lagos) to them to run for him. He thought Nigeria is that cheap.

Tinubu is some one that will give you a goat and refuse to release the rope. you will be forever indebted. Sanwo is the last of them he doesn’t want ambode kinda treatment so he is acting the line precariously if given free hand and with out the leprous hand of tinubu he would have performed meritoriously.

All the Tinubu boys entered Buhari's government and were the most mediocre. They achieved nothing. Osinbanjo was head of NEC and VP, yet the economy is worse off. Fashola was Minister of power, housing and works. No electricity, no affordable houses, nothing. Aregbesola, Kemi Adeosun and so on, yet nothing.

What's the point of being Tinubu's boys and the country is not better? The only person that has benefited is Tinubu himself.
