Is Tinubu actually corrupt, considering he was governor when Obasanjo with PDP, created the vindictive EFCC?

This man was prosecuted but he was still found innocent?

Infact PDP wanted Lagos by all power, but still failed.

Are Nigerians not meant to give this man his due credit?
