The only difference between Kenya and Tz is we can detect - and Tz can't. Not because the disease is not there, but a lack of a proper detecting mechanism. Gonorrhea and super gonorrhea has been there for ages. The only difference between the two is that gonnorhea post Covid vax is resistant to cetrriaxone and azithromycin while the former is not. Super gonorrhea used to attack people with weak immunity; eg those with HIV/ AIDs, but in the current state, covid vax has killed the immunity of many, making some drugs ineffective in dealing with specific diseases like Gonnorhea.

If at all you must compare portharcourt with any city in Ghana , then try Tema since but are harbour city and look srimilar in terms of economic development.
