1. Get the police involved or hire a detective
2. Install security dogs, warning motion sensors around the perimeter of your premises, or install covert CCTV cameras
3. Hold meeting with the village council to find out the source of the problem and see if it's something that can be addressed. Maybe the town would contribute money to buy back your farm and properties or they'll find the root cause of the problem and address it.

Stop crying on social media and expecting us to solve your problem. You're the only on that can solve it yourself.

You don't always have to fight to be a man bro. It doesn't always solve issues. From his narrative i don't think he is just the victim here. He let loose his flocks...they strayed,
grazing on a wicked neighbour's farm. The pepper farmers could as well take the issue up with civility by approaching the man or the police instead of taking laws into their hands in such wicked manner. The truth remains that those engaged in livestock should keep them in confinement to avoid clashes with crop farming neighbours.

You did the right thing by not cutting the intruder with a machete but you should have hit him with a plank at least. He will have second thought before returning.
