What will Tinubu promise Akwa Ibom people this time? When Tinubu was governor of Lagos State, his SW delegates to Obasanjo's Political Reforms Conference allied with Arewa delegates to refuse the slight increase for derivation to oil producing areas. The Conference ended from the disagreement. Tinubu refused the 2014 National CONFAB during Goodluck Jonathan's government. The recommendations of the CONFAB were tucked away into the freezer by Tinubu's APC. Will Tinubu promise improved Electricity supply thus time, as he promised in 2015? His boy, Raji Fashola was made boss of Power, Works and Housing Ministry with the largest chunk of budgetary allocations. Where are the Electricity, Houses and good roads eight years after?
