Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Abuja


JOB DESCRIPTION
The HRM will be expected to:
Create a workable HR structure for the group companies;
Design policies and procedures that align with industry and international standards;
Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures with an optimum level of professionalism;
Ensure the proper management/upscaling of group companies’ employees;
Coordinate talent management and organizational development;
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding exercises of all the group companies;
Effectively ensure periodic learning and development for all employees;
Advice management on industry standards on Employee Compensation, Pension, Employee Cooperatives and other employee welfare/benefits;

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Human Resource Manager.

QUALIFICATION:
A professional qualification in HR (Degree and Master's in HRM will be an added advantage)

SKILLS:
Be computer literate and tech-savvy ( Has a good use of google drive, google docs, excel sheet, google meet etc);
Trained in email correspondence and management;
Has an excellent use of the English language;
Understands internationally accepted formal dress codes;
Leadership skills;
Team player;
