The CBN Gov. does not have the power to just shrug off an invite by the House Of Assembly.

Go and read about the functions of the National Assembly, so you will understand the kind of power dey have and know what they can do.

They can’t force him to bend the rules or their operations just to suit a candidate that believes in using stolen money to buy politicians who disagree with him. CBN Governor is only answerable to the President of the FRN.

According to CBN Act and Wikipedia,

“ The major regulatory objectives of the bank as stated in the CBN Act are to: maintain the external reserves of the country, promote monetary stability and a sound financial environment, and act as a banker of last resort and financial ; adviser to the federal government”.

It’s all spelt out above - promotion of monetary stability and sound financial environment. It will be stupid of any CBN Governor not to act in the face of such gross misconduct and criminal activity since our law enforcement agencies have lost their abilities to do what they are created to do but instead have given up their balls just to grow pussies (pardon my Greek).
