My boy child age 10 occasionally bed wets.
I observed that when we start giving him multivitamins it stops, but when we stop the multivitamins intake, it starts again.
Giving him multivitamins doesn't mean his meals are inadequate lacking nutrients.

Stop giving him night meals, my 3 year old doesn't bed wet. Anything food and drinks stop by 4-5pm

Check family history , when he demands for any food, refuse to give him. Make him know how disappointed you are anytime he bed wets so that he will be forced to stop. He mustn't stop bed wetting immediately, it's a gradual process and so stopping night food entirely is the first step. He can't continue to be on the multivitamins.

How is the atmosphere in the house?... do you and your wife quarrel or fight? ... are you pressuring him to have better grades in school? Bed wetting can be brought on by stress.... even in adults.

Hmm. Many of us don't get things right. Bed wetting has to do with history (hereditary) either you or your husband may experience such when young or one of your siblings or parent. This can be aid further if the child play so much during the day.
Also this can be medical condition if the urinary organs is not developed to the age level for resisting the bladder losing out it storage. This will still be corrected after some time as the child grow.
As a parent you can help the child by letting him or her eat early, urinate before going to bed and take your time to wake him up in the midnight and reduce the child play during the day.

More so, if its all above listed casa its will be overcome only if African people are involve but that can't be justify with the age now. Thanks
