That is why I consider them a Ghost city. Urbernization is a category of development on its own. Over population might be a problem ,but reasonable sizeable one is always a plus to the development of society . Germany want people , Canada also want people as well although the skillful ones . Elon musk already warned american about his depopulation figure. It might be a castastrophy later on.

Bostwana might be filthily rich but multitudes are poor. The income distribution process may not be good and therefore not a healthy thing to be proud of. in most southern african , there is always problem with the margin. The total few wealthy individual and the large poor people. The gap is just discouraging.
