I hate bullies or terriers or anything that looks like them. They are the only dog I can't put in a chokehold.

I don put Boarbull for chokehold before. I'm 85kg the bull was 55. That's why I had confidence to do it. I think that's the only dog I can do that with.

I wouldn't try it in my life again though. Sure, only someone with a death wish would attempt to chokehold a bullie or terrier or any aggressive attacking dog, unless one takes it by surprise. And for surprise, it has to be a dog you're stronger than or not these crazy breeds

If you train them and feed them well they won’t look like one. You can be mixing pit bulls and foreign dogs foods with their foods to make them big too

You see why I had to risk my life and limbs to put the Boer on a chokehold. If it were a rot, I wouldn't even move closer. I'd find water or fire because that's the only thing they respond to till they release the already wounded person and turn on another person or run away.

I was walking on my street in the night around 2020 and one large gsd came out of one compund. The owner opened the gate to park in, before he could finish parking, gsd don come out and surprisingly, it didn't attack anyone on the street, we were like 4 people and he walked past us and faced the bush, looking for something to eat or sniff. If it were a rot or Bullie or I think the case would've been different. I believe gsd are highly intelligent and don't attack unprovoked, that's why they are used in law enforcement. Or maybe that one was trained well.

Rotts don’t back down from a fight.

It’s either they be killed or die fighting. I know someone who had a rott and another breed( can’t remember the particular breed now. But I think one of the mastiffs)

He never released both of them together at night. It was either the mastiff or the rott at a time. The day both of them mistakenly came out same time. Omo see fight.

The mastiff was way bigger than the rott but the rott never backed down from the fight even though the mastiff was way bigger and was bullying the rott. (Just imagine a dog that can bully a full grown rott). They fought aggressively and it was going to be fight to the finish.

The owner had a hard time separating them and when he finally did after hours I asked him why the Rottweiler didn’t just back down and he said rotts are stubborn breeds and he will never turn away until he either kills or gets killed.

When they were fighting I just jejely ran inside and stayed in my corner watching. They bite the owner while trying to calm and separate them.

This happened in Ibadan!

I saw a video of where two men were walking around with their rots, male and female. I think they were prepping them to breed and all of a sudden, the female rot turned on the male and bit him in the face and didn't release. They beat the dog with stick, they kicked it, poured it water, the owner was shouting commands at the dog, even attempt to drag them away from each other but still, the female dog didn't let go of that jawlock on the males face. The video went up to like 2 minutes and half of them trying to separate the rots and I don't know what happened after. If the dog that was attacking another dog and didn't obey his master, I wonder what the fate would be like if it were a human being he was attacking. This video appears to be from one of those new estate at eleyele in Ibadan.
I think dogs not responding to commands just stems from being a shitty dog owner. Asides from the dogs being natural born killers.

The cow was stabbing it with his horns, hooking it and throwing the rot up to 30-40ft in the air and as soon as the dog land back on the floor, hard landing o, e fit use head nack ground, but still, he is charging at the ram again. Infinity strength, I'm sure it killed the cow that day.

I had a sister whose rott littered…

She offered me a puppy. I refused to accept it. Apart from me not been stable at a place the real reason is I am innately scared of them. No matter how trained.

I love them to pieces though. (Animals in general). But I can only watch and admire them from afar.

Maybe one day though I will overcome my fear and get one for myself.

Who knows…?🤷🏿‍♀️
