ehn man pokuase is not entirely finished, the road is currently being dualized from Accra all the way to nsawom then to Kumasi at the longer time . Construction always comes with dusty so what , we are getting to harmattan period , west africa are expected to be like that . We don't share the same weather system .

not as lagos anyway, but what do you expect from a population nearing five million . the initial govt plan was actually a three tier interchange but the contractor later redesign it into four interchange . justifying it as the best design for the area. And again , the area interchange was located on a busy road . Accra to Kumasi which is also the same route that you will have to follow to the northern part of the country .

I'm not really sure about Namibia. There was a huge foreign presence in the case of Namibia so it's really hard to say. Because of this, it largely depends on the source you quote but Namibia is never really considered amongst top in Africa when it comes to market cap.

The Namibian domestic market cap is 2.3 Billion dollars.
