If none of these exist, why do you build hospital just to say you built hospital? Thats wastage. Use the money instead to renovate, equip, modernize, expand, recruit for the one you already have.

Also, what did he do with the increased IGR?
What did he do with the almost 100 billion debt he left for Fashola.

Which college of medicine? Lasu College of Medicine was established on February 1999, while Tinub was sworn in on May 29th.
Lagos State University Teaching Hospital Ikeja was founded in 1955.
