Lagos city population is over 15 million and out of that over 56% of them live in slums, make your calculations (that's over 8 million people living in slums in just one city)

Accra is just about 3.7 million so have shame and close this chapter

such a dullard. In development studies, there is what is called ripple effect, in any similar faction like that , there is always smaller development growing along . That area you see being deprived now is already enjoying other smaller development changing the area gradually.

These were the pictures you called dusty roads. As you can see the roads are still under construction, contractors are on site working. The roads are not tarmacked so be honorable for once and post pictures of SA roads that are under construction not a completed project
