Thats Northern Ghana where its full of illiterate and uncivilized muzzles. Everywhere they touch turns to shit. Just like how Northern Nigeria is the worst part of your country and the cause of most of Nigeria woes. There re still a handful of northern states that re safe/progressive.
Majority of the problem in those northern states is somehow related to religion, illiteracy, fanaticsm, ethnic bigotism and all sort of vice, if investigated can all be traced to religion.
The day they start thinking outside religion will be the day the shackles of backwardness is broken.
Fun fact: all the states going through insecurity in the north all have something in common, sharia law.
If you ever engage some northerner on social media, they can't think and engage u independently without roping religion into the conversation.

Its better to develop and maintain your roads and railway network first before worrying how others will view your city. Connecting communities to move both people and goods will economically benefit Ghanaians more than building a new shiny glass building. Ease of access to transportation is what investors find attractive along with stability, security, adequate border controls which Ghana has.

Before NPP came into power, you couldn't even get a train from Accra to Kumasi because no such lines existed connecting two of the biggest cities in Ghana. Its only NOW being constructed. Nigeria has yet to create a rail line connecting its capital Abuja to its financial heart, Lagos.

Lagos city population is over 15 million and out of that over 56% of them live in slums, make your calculations (that's over 8 million people living in slums in just one city)

Accra is just about 3.7 million so have shame and close this chapter
