Donald Trump launched a fresh attack on pop superstar Rihanna, just two days before the We Found Love singer headlines the Super Bowl's half time show.

On his Truth Social social media platform, the ex-president wrote, 'Without her ‘Stylist’ she’d be NOTHING. Bad everything, and NO TALENT!' The show during the Chiefs v Eagles match-up will be Rihanna's first live performance in seven years.

The ex-president's ire was raised after Texas Republican congressman Ronny Jackson urged the NFL to pull Rihanna from the Sunday's show after the Barbadian singer spray painted 'F**k Donald Trump' at the Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, Texas.

Jackson, the Trump's White House doctor, said in a social media post, 'She’s made a career of spewing degenerate filth while badmouthing America every chance she gets. Why is the NFL showcasing this crap? Rihanna SHOULD NOT be the halftime performer!!'

In 2019, Rihanna took aim at Trump during his presidency, calling him 'the most mentally ill man in America' in an interview with Vogue.

If a Super Bowl commercial gets people talking about Jesus, then that's a good thing right?

Well, according to many Christians, it depends on which Jesus the commercials are advertising.

To no one's surprise, this year's He Gets Us Super Bowl ad featuring various people washing the feet of what is assumed to be sinners has sparked fierce debate on both sides of the proverbial aisle.

Some believe it is a gross misrepresentation of Jesus' act of servant leadership when He washed the feet of His disciples, not the feet of unrepentant sinners.

On the other side of the coin, people think the reaction to He Gets Us ad is unnecessary and people need to calm down.

Weighing in on the debate is revivalist Isaiah Saldivar, who expressed to his audience that he wanted to tackle this issue from a biblical perspective and see whether He Gets Us got it right.

Doing a live reaction video to the advertisement on his YouTube channel with his audience, Saldivar read what He Gets Us had to say about the commercial, and picked up a discrepancy right away that conflicts with biblical text.

"They're saying Jesus washed His followers and friends feet, which actually it was His disciples' feet," Saldivar explains.

"Just to be clear...Jesus did not wash sinners' feet. He did not wash prostitutes feet. He did not wash people in the world's feet. He washed His disciples' feet."

One of the things that He Gets Us promotes is that they are not political in any way, and you can read their statements about staying neutral on their website. Watching the video, however, Saldivar notices it is in fact quite political.

"To me it looks very political. I could be wrong, but we have abortion, we have immigration. They say it's not political at all but I don't buy it personally," Saldivar says.

Getting to the last image of the commercial where a priest appears to be washing the feet of a homosexual man, Saldivar really took issue with what he viewed as the message coming across to people watching it, and it is not based on the Jesus of the Bible.

"This is why Christ died: He knows we're sinners. We're dark. We're evil. We think of evil things, so this seems to be to me...as if God is validating and okay with this lifestyle," Saldivar says.

"The Bible says this, I know you're going to get mad, that the homosexual will not inherit the kingdom of God. So to me, this looks like they're validating. ...They're presenting an America incorporated Jesus. A woke Jesus."

The commercial fades to black, which is standard for the He Gets Us campaign, and ends with a one-liner of some sort. This year's message was, "Jesus Didn't Teach Hate." But what does that message really say?

"Here's my problem with this statement," says Saldivar. "Their version of Jesus didn't teach hate is, 'Don't talk about the homosexual. Don't talk about immigration. Don't talk about anything. Don't call these people out. Don't talk about their sin,' because that's considered hate.

"So now this commercial is framing if we preach against those lifestyles as teaching hate. That's my biggest problem with all of this."

Pointing to the Word of God as his ultimate source of guidance and authority, Saldivar highlights where Paul warns Christians of those promoting a false Jesus in 2 Corinthians 11:4, which says:

"For if he who comes preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if you receive another spirit, which you have not received, or another gospel, which you have not accepted, you might submit to it readily enough."

"I'm not trying to be 'Negative Nancy' here and talk bad about this. I'm just saying we have to be careful [in] not presenting an American Incorporated Jesus and a Jesus [that] is not in the Bible," Saldivar shares.

"Because the Jesus of the Bible condemned sin. He condemned some of the lifestyles you saw in the trailer. Am I glad that a message of Jesus is being presented at the Super Bowl? Yeah, if it's a biblical message of Jesus, but this is not the biblical message of Jesus."

Another ugly spat broke out on the Cannes red carpet as actress Massiel Taveras clashed with a female security guard who confronted Kelly Rowland days before.

The Dominican actress was on the red carpet on Saturday afternoon preparing to unfurl a huge gown with a depiction of Jesus on it, but appeared surprised to be stopped by the security guard.

Footage of the spat showed Taveras defy instructions and throw the train of her dress down the stairs, before the situation escalated to the actress shoving the female security guard as she walked into the event.

It came just days after the same guard was scolded by Rowland on the red carpet, which the Destiny's Child implied was due to racism while the staffer's colleagues insisted she was 'only doing her job.'

In the video of Taveras' confrontation, the actress seemed to plan to unravel her huge train down the steps, but was quickly stopped by the female security guard sticking out her arm.

As other staffers helped lay out the dress while Taveras waved to fans, she grew angry as the security guard kept her arm out in front of her posing.

The two exchanged a few words on the red carpet as staff pulled the train up the stairs, before Taveras took the end of the dress from another guard and threw it to the floor in frustration.

The female security guard kept her arm close to Taveras as she escorted her up the stairs, although it is unclear what the reason was for the guard to tail her so closely.

When she reached the top of the stairs, Taveras - who was previously crowned Miss Dominican Republic and competed at Miss Universe - struggled to unfurl the train of her dress.

This led her to berate the security guard when she tried to step in, throwing her arms up in frustration.

After the dress finally disentangled, Taveras waved to her fans - but the female security guard kept her arm across the actress, and appeared to jostle her towards the entrance.

That move sparked an angry reaction from Taveras as she shoved the security guard away from her, before sticking up her finger and scowling at her.

It is unclear why Taveras was confronted by the security guard, three days after the staffer also raised eyebrows with her spat with Rowland.

The singer expressed shock at her treatment on the red carpet, and pointed to racism as being the reason she was targeted.

She suggested that 'there were other women who attended that carpet, who did not quite look like me, and they didn't get scolded or pushed off or told to get off.'

However, colleagues of the security guard at the center of the Cannes spotlight insisted to DailyMail.com that she was acting appropriately and was 'only doing her job.'

'She was an usher working under a lot of pressure to keep people on the carpet moving, so as to stop crowds building up,' said a Festival staff veteran, who has been working in the resort every May for 20 years.

'There was no pushing or shoving, or scolding,' he said. 'Security and safety are the priorities, along with keeping to strict timetables set according to contracts – even the celebrities have to stick to the rules.

'Lots of ushers are involved, and they always act professionally and with politeness.

'In this case, the usher was certainly only doing her job – she didn't do anything wrong.'

The usher has not been publicly identified, but she is known to be a local Frenchwoman on a short term contract with the week-long Festival.

The source added: 'Suggestions of racism are just ridiculous – visitors, and indeed staff at Cannes come from all kinds of backgrounds, and none are discriminated against.'

After footage of Rowland berating the staffer went viral, a lip-reading expert revealed what Kelly really said during the heated interaction with the French woman.

Jacqui Press told MailOnline that after the security guard appeared to step on her dress, she apologised and Kelly said: 'It's OK.'

However, the security guard then said something else, causing Kelly's change in mood, as she responded: 'Don't talk to me like that.'

As the security guard continued to usher her up the stairs, Kelly turned around and repeated the phrase several times.
