If we exchange land with Ghana. In the next 5 yrs: Our beaches will be cesspool Our animals will be exintincted by force. No gold, so ghanains will be dying of poverty every day. Little arable and so ghanains will be starving to death in millions. Ghana will be clocking 200% Debt to GDP. Somalia would have colonized Ghana and taken 40% of its land. |

You see how nigerians are so used to criminality , fuel shortage , suffering and smiling same way we Ghanaians are also used to the expensive nature of our country so deal with it. You can as well consider moving back to your zoo popizaino: The mental retardation of these Ghanaians here is telling, imagine thinking their country being expensive than usual is a flex 😂 rather than cause of worry. No wonder the country has become a dumping ground for all sort of goods produced in other neighbouring countries. One even had the audacity to call Nigerians poor and villagers 😂,i mean people who build houses without toilet in 2023 have the guts to call Nigerians villagers😂. Well, reserve psychology has been the case with the resident madman. |

Appiako22:Only fools will believe this. Where are you on these: Road infrastructure Rail infrastructure Seaports infrastructure Office space infrastructure Airport infrastructure? Maybe electrucity. The rest are paper BS. Your second biggest city looks like a market, how can you convince me you on this? |

Shma2023:Fact is .... Accra built up is bigger than Nairobi and Nairobi will fit in Accra 1.5 times ..... You guys have spent the last I years posting only a 2km apart area of Nairobi whenever you're asked to. Might it be because you're ashamed of your city? A Ghanaian does not need Accra to make Ghana developed because all communities in Ghana enjoy a close level of development as Accra and that is why all of Ghana is more developed than all of Kenya. You guys have spent all your time on Nairobi, leaving Kenya to only be 23% urban. TikTok is for learning and DIYs, unless you're in a useless country like Kenya where the videos you'll get will have to do with dance or music. Try raising Kenya out of aid dependence like an actual middle income economy like Ghana. |

Shma2023:Yes .. only a fool like you won't believe that because poor Kenya does not appear in it.. Its simply because Kenya is a village and not developed.. I've been to more than half of those countries and I'll agree with it |

Just30:Accra is a paltry 200Km². Nairobi is 700(696km²) with development all over. Accra is a predominantly slum ridden, Nairobi has a layout of world developments. Westalnds and upperhill for instance has grade A international standard offices - I can't say the same for a mini village city "Accra". The rest of your arguments are nonstarter. |
| Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by QueenNyakim: 1:29pm On Feb 12, 2023 |
Technically, Just30 is right. According to HDI, Ghana is more developed than Kenya and Nigeria and ranks 7th in Africa and 133rd worldwide (which we should strive to do better in that position). Ghana - 0.632 Kenya - 0.575 Nigeria - 0.535 https://www.ghstandard.com/ghana-ranked-7th-in-africa-in-new-undps-2022-human-development-index/45104/ If you wanna back up your claims of calling Ghana a "village" then I suggest you back up your claims with links otherwise you end up looking like idiots. |

Just30:How is Libya infrastructurally superior to south Africa? I will concede if you give a concrete reason. |
| Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by Just30: 1:30pm On Feb 12, 2023 |
Shma2023:You're just an unrepentant fool As someone who has been to Seychelles.... Their infrastructure is quite superb for their seize ... Putting it on a level that is mostly considered developed... Even South Africans will agree with it because Seychelles does not have the struggles of SA. Also Libya, that country is a paradise in a desert. Though for security reasons they've struggled for the past decade but their infrastructure is superb to population. |

Shma2023:I'm talking about lands built on and not just the entire land size of the city. See the slum Capital of Africa telling us the Accra is predominantly slum... 🤣😂🤣 Wonders shall never end. You've spent the entire 7 years only posting Westland, upperhill and the other one as if that's the only thing in Kenya... Accra has grade A offices too so your argument is not even a starter. This idea of isolative argument is why you guys always sound stupid .... Since development is broad |
| Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by Nobody: 1:35pm On Feb 12, 2023 |
Just30:You've said nothing. What is libya's road network vs SA's? Can you compare Libya's urban development to that of SA? Try and make sense. How is libya'as rail infrastructure as compared to sA's? Come on! |
| Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by Nobody: 1:41pm On Feb 12, 2023 |
Just30:If we post aerial views of both cities, you'll cry because accra will look like kibera and mathare. Accra is a slum city... With slums predominantly occupying huge chunks of land. Ghana is nothing and accra is a village, not mincing a word when I say the aforementioned. You still have years to get to Mombasa level, talkless of Nairobi. Accra has zero grade A internationally recognized buildings. |

Shma2023:Make that your research and you'll see why All of the North African countries are a lot developed and rich .. Though Algeria and Tunisia have unique properties. Some people argue that it is because they had a 1000 years headstart |

Just30:I've done it already, that's why I'm keeping the debate moving. Rule of engagement 001: You drop the link, I counter it, you debunk I debunk back until you certainly convince me. Otherwise, you're cooking BS. |

Shma2023:I dont think you should be talking much dude. Yes, Nairobi inner city looks lovely but 60% of Nairobi 5 million inhabitants live in the 110 slums that surround the capital which 26% of children work in inhumane conditions. Nairobi holds the largest and poorest slums in the world. https://aliceforchildren.it/en/slums-nairobi/ |

Shma2023:Nairobi will become an eyesore with everyone hawking even in your CBDs with indiscriminate markets everywhere. Containers and kiosks will be where you shop for your groceries even for the elites in living in Karen, lavington. |

QueenNyakim:That's a lie. I will assume you're ignorant and not trying to dirt on me. Nairobi's leafy suburbs (Karen, muthaiga, kileleshwa, Runda, Roselyne, etc) takes a huge size of Nairobi; pretty much 40%. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3NIgWNh1Vs Slums in Nairobi take less than 20%. Nairobi is a decent city well guided by zoning laws. |

Shma2023:I don't think you have because if you did, you won't even be asking these silly questions Libya have a road network of almost 50,000km with almost all of it paved for a population of 6.7 million. This mean their population access to paved roads is more than that of South Africans. Yes, Libya have had 1000 years of urban development and it'll be insane to compare it to SA Stop arguing put of insanity... It's all about the scale of development to size. They have a network connecting all their economically important cities on the coast |
