Secondly after buying the land they will find ways and means to still milk you especially if they see you operating a hospitality facility . That kind of attitude pushed the Aqua Safari owner to go and start Safari valley elsewhere.

The man wanted to construct the road from Big Ada main street to his facility, he went to the DCE to ask for permission and they refered him to the Chiefs. Do you know what the Chief told him? he should give the money to him so he will construct it for him 🤣🤣
Later that day someone from the Chiefs palace called the Aqua Safari man on phone and told him not to give any money to them else they will take the money and chop🤣 From that time till date the road leading to Aqua Safari has not been tarred
