The judgement was not fair, but Mr Kperoogi erred by calling out the supreme court.

(Before you start, note that i said the judgement was not fair.).

And even me saying the judgement is not fair is basically doing the same thing as Mr Kperoogi

The reason why we have courts is not only to give judgement......but also to point out where the laws are not clear.

The problem, to me is whether party decisions are superior to INEC decisions. At the end of the day,we need a law that prevents parties from overturning internal party elections that were duly conducted with an INEC rep present.

Then again, APC is a corrupt party. Divisons in APC benefit Nigerians.

From a 4th-placing candidate getting awarded governorship seat in Imo, to Akpabio and Ahmad Lawan never taking part in their party primaries yet successfully stealing tickets from validly nominated candidates through procured Supreme Court judgements...this brazen perversion of justice in Nigeria must stop.
