Please someone should help me, I payed money to my Facebook account ad wallet about two times using payu, I was told by payu that payment could not be added and they have debited me because I checked my bank account after that, is anyone experiencing thesame things, please I need help to get my money back any body please.

SOLUTION
1) Contact Facebook support, do live chat with them, show the screenshot proofs of your successful transaction debit. They'll provide immediate solution. Your money would be refunded or check your facebook add fund settings to see if it has reflected.

2) Download Ads Centre Mobile App on play store you can fund through the payu on your phone using your atm codes. It works better like that, I did it and it worked.

3) Make a complaint to your bank for fund reversal. Hope these helps.

Facebook now using third party payment gateway because of our Nigeria bank card issues while making payment
