BUHARI SPEECH

Only old 200 naira notes is considered as legal tender for the next 60 days according to Buhari speach.
500 and 1000 naira notes should be redeemed by CBN and the designated centres and ceased to be legal tender since February 10-2023.

In line with section 20(3) of the CBN Act 2007, all existing old N1000 and N500 notes remain redeemable at the CBN and designated points.

Pls,where are the designated centres apart from CBN?

I need interpretation of the DESIGNATED CENTRES?

Is it the commercial bank?
Or the POS accredited agents or where?
